Begin by cleansing your space, lighting a candle or incense, and playing music. Draw a warm bath, adding 1/2 - 1 cup of salts to the water (or an organza bag). Set an intention for your bath and mindfully stir the ingredients in. Soak in the bath for at least 20-30 minutes.
