Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations for Reiki Ceremonies
If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to the session, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, you will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule. For cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows, no refund will be provided (as it’s difficult to fill the spot at this point). To cancel an appointment, please email me or message me on Instagram!
If you are unable to make an appointment, you can still receive the distance Reiki healing while doing other things - the difference is you may be slightly less receptive so you may not feel the energy as much but it is still working regardless. Thus, if you need to make a last-minute cancellation, I am happy to proceed with sending you distance Reiki so that you are still getting the service you’ve paid for.
Late for Appointments
If you are running late for a distance healing ceremony, please send me a message to let me know. Note that there will be no time extension on the other end. I can hold off beginning so you can drop in with me, or alternatively, I will begin the Reiki healing at the agreed time, so even if you are running late, you will receive a full 60 minutes of Reiki healing.
Refunds for Reiki Ceremonies
I generally do not offer refunds on ceremonies unless required by law. However, if you are unhappy with what you have received, please get in touch and I will do my best to work out a solution that works for both of us! I want to support you in the best way that I can - your feedback is welcome & your voice will absolutely be heard.
Refunds & EXCHANGES for PRODUCTS
If an item arrives broken or damaged, please get in touch with an image of this and I am happy to sort out a refund or replacement for you! If you change your mind about a purchase, I am happy to refund or exchange most items (please note that shipping will be at your own cost). Unfortunately, oils are not eligible for change of mind refunds or exchanges for hygiene purposes.
