Frequently Asked Questions

  • Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed. I always do my best to get the orders out as soon as possible, but please note that The Spirit Cove is a one woman show. If you have any concerns about the status of your order or need it urgently, feel free to reach out to me!

Once your order has been picked up by the courier, it will take 1-3 business days for orders to arrive within the North Island, and up to 4 business days if you're in the South Island. Rural addresses may take up to an extra 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can track your order.

  • Delivery is $8.00 anywhere within the North Island; $10 within the South Island; and an extra $4 for rural addresses. I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible by absorbing some of the cost. Please note that cost increases are a reflection of NZ Post's increased prices (which have continually risen drastically in the past couple of years).

  • The Spirit Cove accepts payment via credit cards/debit cards (Visa or MasterCard), as well as PayPal. I also offer the option to checkout with AfterPay which sets you up with a fortnightly interest-free payment plan to pay off your order.

  • I strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. Items are shipped in 100% recyclable boxes and items are wrapped in Geami Eco Wrap (naturally biodegradable and compostable, recyclable, and made from sustainable forests!). I also donate to reforestation via One Tree Planted and Trees That Count to help offset our carbon footprint.

  • If you have changed your mind, you can return your item/s for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they're in original condition. Please note that any return shipping costs will be at your expense.

If an item has arrived broken or damaged, please send me an email at contact@thespiritcove.co.nz along with photos and I can arrange either an exchange or a refund for you.

  • Not at this time. The Spirit Cove is operated as an online business. However, I do occasionally do markets, festivals, and events. Make sure you’re signed up to my mailing list or follow me on Instagram to stay in the loop with these!
