The Solar Plexus chakra, known as the Manipura chakra in Sanskrit, is the third of our seven energy centers and sits above the navel, at the center of the stomach. It's the chakra that's associated with personal power, self-confidence, self-esteem, and will power. When this chakra is out of balance, we may have people-pleasing tendencies, feel sluggish and unmotivated, or have low self-confidence and self-esteem.
