How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days of being placed. I always do my best to get the orders out as soon as possible, but please note that The Spirit Cove is a one woman show. If you have any concerns about the status of your order or need it urgently, feel free to contact me here.

Once your order has been picked up by the courier, it will take 1-3 business days for orders to arrive within the North Island, and up to 4 business days if you're in the South Island. Rural addresses may take up to an extra 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can track your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is a $8 flat rate anywhere within the North Island; $9 flat rate within the South Island; and an extra $3 for rural addresses. Shipping is free within NZ for orders over $150.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, The Spirit Cove does not ship internationally. We are currently looking for a new service provider for shipping Australian orders and will presume shipping to Australia once we find a suitable one. 

What payment methods do you offer?

The Spirit Cove accepts payment via credit cards/debit cards (Visa or MasterCard), as well as PayPal. We also offer the option to checkout with AfterPay or LayBuy which sets you up with a fortnightly or weekly interest-free payment plan to pay off your order.

What packaging do you use?

I strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. Items are shipped in 100% recyclable boxes and items are wrapped in Geami Eco Wrap (naturally biodegradable and compostable, recyclable, and made from sustainable forests!). Additionally, I donate $2 from every sale to reforestation to help off-set our carbon footprint. Read more about this here.

What is your return policy?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your item/s for store credit within 14 days of purchase, as long as they're in original condition. Please note that any return shipping costs will be at your expense.

If an item has arrived broken or damaged, please send me an email at contact@thespiritcove.co.nz along with photos and I can arrange either an exchange or a refund for you.
